Otti - Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

Please read the terms of use before continuing to correspond with the chatbot: Otti is a secured chatbot provided through the WhatsApp application (the rest of the assets owned by the company and the chatbot, will be referred together as "Otti" or "the Service") aimed at creating a safe space for creating connections and matches between users in various fields ("the Project's Purpose"). Otti is a project that arose due to the increasing disconnection between people and the inability to find relevant connections and the desire to create a common and connected community, supported by Pardes Communities Ltd. 1. Agreement to the terms of use on Otti is subject to the following terms of use ("the Terms of Use"). Using Otti indicates your agreement and approval of the terms of use and the privacy section as detailed below. The company will not transfer your details for purposes other than those fitting the Project's Purpose. If you do not agree to the terms of use in full, you are not allowed to use Otti. The company reserves the right to update the terms of use from time to time. Use of Otti is intended for those who are over 18 years of age. However, use of Otti by users who are under 18 will be allowed provided that they obtain the approval of their parents or guardian ("the Guardian"). Continuation of use by users under the age of 18 implies that the Guardian's approval was received as required and that the Guardian approved on behalf of and for the minor the terms of use, and that he is legally entitled to act as a Guardian.

2. Users' obligations in the service:
The company aims to ensure that Otti is managed properly and appropriately serving the Project's Purpose in the best way. 5. Verification process:
As part of your interaction with Otti bot, we will collect your phone number, email address, and other details asked in Otti's acquaintance questionnaire. We recommend that after receiving details of another party through Otti, to conduct a preliminary conversation aimed at verifying the identity of the other party and authenticating his details including additional details related to the essence of the connection.

6. Communication through WhatsApp:
The interaction with Otti is done through the WhatsApp application. The company is not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of use of WhatsApp. We recommend you read their terms and privacy policy before use.

7. Limitation of the company's liability: The company provides the service and the details transferred within it as they are (AS IS), and does not give any warranty regarding liability, express or implied, legal or otherwise, in any interaction with the company, its representatives, or in anything related to the service including interactions between users. In no case shall the company be liable to you for any damage of any kind, loss, distress, and the like, indirect and/or direct outcomes that may cause users of the service and/or any third party as a result of reliance and/or on details or information provided by the company or through the service, even if the company or its agents or representatives knew or were informed of the possibility of such damage occurring, to you or to any other person apart from you, and no claim of reliance against the company shall be heard. The company shall not be responsible and does not take any part in the interaction created between the parties after their connection, and has no relation to any initiative or activity conducted or not conducted after the connection of the parties. The company is not responsible for the accuracy of the details provided and the identity of the users and is not responsible for the content of the users' inquiries transmitted by Otti or for any other information provided by the users. The company shall not bear any responsibility for any damage caused as a result of the violation of the terms of use. The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for any piece of information he chooses to publish within the service and is committed to indemnify the company for any damage caused as a result or due to the violation of the terms of use.

8. Intellectual Property:
All the information appearing in the service is the exclusive property of the company or of a third party that has authorized the company to use it, and the information and content provided by it should not be considered as granting any license or rights to the company's or any third party's intellectual property. To avoid any doubt, the making or possibility of using the service does not grant the user any right whatsoever in the intellectual property of the company. It is not allowed to sell and/or lease and/or copy and/or reproduce and/or transfer and/or publicly display and/or distribute and/or process and/or modify and/or translate and/or exploit for any commercial purpose, directly and/or indirectly and/or to use in any way the content and/or trademarks belonging to the company, except with the company's consent, in advance and in writing and in accordance with the company's sole discretion.
